Although Joy Daycare is not licensed through an agency, I follow strict health, safety, nutrition, and child development standards. I am certified in First Aid and CPR, and have designed a professional, nurturing space and curriculum based on my passion and experience in early childhood care.

At Joy Daycare, our curriculum is designed to foster a love for learning through play-based and hands-on experiences. We focus on developing essential early childhood skills, including language, social-emotional growth, fine and gross motor development, and creativity.
Our daily activities include arts and crafts, music, sensory play, storytelling, and early math and literacy exploration. Outdoor play and nature-based learning are also an important part of our program, encouraging curiosity and a connection with the world around us.
Through a balanced mix of structured and free play, we create an engaging and supportive environment where children can build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love for learning.

Welcome to Joy Daycare Home Child Care!
Hello, and Thank You for considering Joy Daycare for your little one!
My name is Gabriela, and I have always had a deep love for working with children. It brings me so much joy to provide a warm, nurturing home daycare space where they can learn, grow, and explore.
Joy Daycare primarily welcomes children between the ages of 18 months to 4 years, but I also offer care for older children during school breaks, depending on availability. My goal is to create a fun and supportive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and excited to learn through play.
As a mother of two wonderful daughters, I understand the importance of providing a safe, supportive, and engaging space for young children. Along with my personal experience, I hold a degree in Computer Science, a diploma in Accounting, and a certificate as an Early Childhood Assistant. Safety is my top priority, and I am certified in CPR and First Aid to ensure that every child in my care is always well-protected.
Nutritious, homemade meals are a big part of our daycare experience. I love cooking and baking, and I take pride in preparing balanced, wholesome meals from scratch. Our meal plans feature fresh ingredients, home-baked treats, and snacks that not only taste great but also support healthy growth and development. Cooking and baking activities will also be part of our routine, allowing children to experience the joy of making food together.
Nature plays a big role in our daily activities. As an avid gardener and animal lover, I’m excited to share my love for the outdoors with the children. Whether we’re exploring nature, learning about plants and animals, or engaging in outdoor play, I believe these experiences foster curiosity and a deep connection with the world around us.
Creativity is at the heart of Joy Daycare. I have a deep passion for arts and crafts and look forward to guiding little hands through fun, hands-on projects that encourage imagination and skill-building. My love for interior design is also reflected in the daycare space, which I’ve thoughtfully designed to be warm, inviting, and inspiring, filled with engaging activities that spark creativity and joy.
